- Comparison of properties, free version: The User may use our online comparison tool which is accessed by pressing the button indicated on the screen. The evaluation aspects will appear on the screen and the user will assign a score according to her own consideration. To receive the verdict, the user must provide a valid email address, in which the system will send an exclusive access password for the comparison in progress. - Comparison of properties, premium version: When the user wishes to compare more than two properties or to delve into the comparison aspects, he can access our Premium tool, paying a subscription. The Premium comparison tool will allow you to compare up to 5 properties and also customize the evaluation criteria according to the type of property.
- Save comparisons: This service allows the User to save all the comparisons made previously as well as their verdicts to access or modify them in the future. This saving possibility is only available in the Premium version.
- Find or contact a property inspector: Those users who wish to carry out a physical technical inspection of the property, prior to purchase, may leave a tick in the corresponding box before the issuance of the verdict.
